Our QHSE service

The QHSE LTI service was created in February 2023 with the aim of establishing and structuring the company’s Quality, Hygiene, Safety, and Environment management system.

It consists of a QHSE Manager who relies on the LTI teams.

With the creation of the QHSE service, the objective is to enhance an already present safety culture: Shared Vigilance.

In the future, the system will be self-sustaining, following the Deming wheel model (Plan Do Check Act) with the goal of obtaining MASE certification.

Development of the QHSE management system:

Solid foundations allow the system to grow healthily.
Every employee at LTI contributes at their level by bringing their knowledge, experiences, and advice.

QHSE support for employees:

During the preparation of the construction sites, site visits are conducted to anticipate the issues we may face. Support is provided during joint inspections.
Collaboration in the development of operational procedures and any other documents related to the construction site. Selection of the most suitable work equipment.

Field inspections and conducting audits:

Conducting audits of our sites, organized in advance or spontaneously. This allows us to highlight field issues, confront them with system requirements, and improve.
Audits can also be conducted in collaboration with the client to enrich both systems (client and LTI).

Skills management, tracking of training related to the administrative service:

Development of a tracking system for staff training with the issuance of driving permits and qualifications, as well as the creation of a professional passport.
Management of the training schedule to further professionalize the staff in relation to site risks and support their skill development.

Management and monitoring of equipment, referencing, and regulatory checks related to the storekeeper:

Constant tracking and referencing of equipment and stock to anticipate various regulatory checks and manage site allocations.

Management and processing of field feedback:

Implementation of an action plan to ensure the closure of actions.
Feedback is then shared with employees during monthly discussions or specific talks.

Customer service and proximity

Although LTI is capable of managing large-scale projects, we have managed to maintain a local service, a human-sized company whose primary goal is customer satisfaction.
